Ever since having moved away from home I've picked up a couple of skills. Though my growing collection is still somewhat limited it has expanded to include skills such as Problem solving, mathematical insight, engineering, design, Athletics, and perhaps most surprisingly, Cooking!

Perhaps this is one of the greatest benefits of having moved away from the family home. I have developed the somewhat astute ability to cook for myself. But not only cook, but COOK! cooking (note lowercase) involves just providing the essentials required to live on. COOKing (note uppercase) is the art of seduction. Not only does it keep you alive but it gets you what you want.

Factor in presentation, the proper backdrop with proper placemats under proper designer diningware, Beautiful dining accompaniment, a beautiful sunny day pictured in a large window, a table top adorned with bamboo, and a closeby fully charged Digital Camera and you get today's meal.

Am I really this good? Shocking, perhaps even surprisingly, I am.
This is mine.

The best part: Fantastic Food for 3 days avec bragging rights.
The most expensive part: Sake and Chop sticks.
The worst part: Sake splashed into the eye.

The result: A culinary awakening. And of course, this picture.
